Our warehouse staff will package all goods to our exacting specifications. Before they are shipped the goods are thoroughly inspected and secured. Note that orders containing more than one item are processed according to the item.

Prior to shipment, we inspect the ordered items thoroughly before sending the items. Most orders are now shipped within 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 days.

Returns

We are not able to manage the stock in our warehouse and factory. So the actual stock may change at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock when the order has been placed.

Our policy runs for 30 days. However, if thirty days have passed since you purchased your item, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

The item must not be used and in the original packaging. You must have the item in its original packaging.
